If you decide to cancel your order prior confirmation of shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org ,we will cancel your order and issue a full refund of your payment. Confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer availableand the order must be treated as per Refund/Return/Exchange policy below.
If you find that any of the items delivered to you are defective or not completely satisfied with your purchase or require a Size/Colour exchange and intend to return/exchange the product(s), please let us know within 5 days of the receipt of your purchase by writing to us at email@example.com: If we do not receive your communication within 5 days, it will be treated as deemed acceptance of the products on your part.
Upon our confirmation via email, please return the product(s) to us within 10 days subject to the‘Return & Exchange Conditions’ set out below.
A refund will be issued for an unsatisfactory/faulty product(s), an alternate product for a size/colour exchange/incorrect item will be delivered to you upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s).

> Goods must be returned in the same packaging and saleable condition as you have received them for a refund or exchange or credit note.
> To qualify for a refund, all items of your order should be returned.

> All the safety/security seal or tags or cover, price labels should be intact.
> Product should be returned at customer’s expense in case of non-faulty items.
> Products will be picked up by us in case of defective or size/colour exchange.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.Refunds would be processed as online payments or cheque payments.
